1 Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
The banbet Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. banbet enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and banbet reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold one registered Account on banbet. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, banbet may close all associated accounts, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and retain the relevant balances pending review.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change. banbet is not liable for service failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
2.4 Geographic Eligibility
The banbet Platform is operated for the Bangladeshi online gaming market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited or restricted by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. banbet does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any jurisdiction other than those it specifically supports.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC)
banbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:
- National Identification Card (NID) or valid passport
- Proof of date of birth
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account)
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account restriction, suspension of withdrawals, or permanent closure of the Account.
3 Account Management and Security
3.1 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. banbet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify banbet of any unauthorised access.
3.2 Password Security
banbet strongly recommends that you use a unique password of at least eight characters combining upper- and lower-case letters, numerals, and symbols. You should change your password periodically and immediately if you suspect it has been compromised. banbet accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate password security.
3.3 Account Activity Monitoring
banbet monitors Account activity for signs of fraudulent behaviour, bonus abuse, collusion, and other prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, banbet may temporarily suspend an Account pending investigation without prior notice. The Player will be notified via their registered email address and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
3.4 Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 consecutive months. banbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to any inactive Account balance after the 12-month threshold has been reached and after providing the Player with written notice via their registered email. Where an Account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account may be closed.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
banbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to Players via the Account settings panel or upon request to the support team.
4.3 Deposit Processing Times
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account within 30 seconds to 2 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to be credited, depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts are processed within 1 to 4 hours for mobile financial service channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer withdrawals. banbet does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which banbet bears no responsibility.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on the banbet Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). banbet does not accept deposits or make withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider.
4.6 Withdrawal Conditions
banbet reserves the right to require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the verified Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified to the satisfaction of banbet's compliance team may be delayed or declined pending further investigation.
4.7 Fraudulent Transactions
Any deposit or payment found to have been made using fraudulent means, stolen payment credentials, or via a chargeback will result in the immediate suspension of the associated Account. All winnings derived from fraudulent deposits will be voided, and banbet reserves the right to recover any funds disbursed in connection with such activity.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by banbet are subject to these general terms and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. banbet commits to publishing wagering requirements in plain language and will not retroactively increase wagering requirements on bonuses already credited.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to Players who hold a single, fully registered Account in good standing. Players who hold multiple accounts, have previously been suspected of bonus abuse, or whose accounts are under any form of restriction are not eligible to claim promotional offers. banbet reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus credited in error or obtained through misrepresentation.
5.4 Expiry of Bonuses
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
5.5 Abuse of Promotions
banbet actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements, using bonus funds exclusively on games that contribute minimally to wagering, and coordinating with other players to cycle bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, banbet may void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and restrict future promotional access.
6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
All wagers placed on the banbet Platform are subject to acceptance by banbet. banbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including wagers placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where market liquidity is insufficient, or where a Player is suspected of exploiting a technical error or pricing anomaly.
6.2 Void Bets
A wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account in the following circumstances:
- The event to which the wager relates is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined
- The wager was placed on an event that had already commenced at the time of placement and the Platform failed to reflect this correctly
- A clear and manifest pricing or data error is identified within a reasonable timeframe after the wager was placed
- banbet's technical systems recorded the wager in error and the Player received an anomalous confirmation
6.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening throughout the course of an event. banbet endeavours to keep in-play markets available throughout live events but accepts no liability for temporary market suspensions caused by technical disruptions, data feed delays, or event circumstances beyond its control.
6.4 Casino Game Rules

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the banbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC
- Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether under your own identity or a third party's
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any software tools to place bets, exploit promotional offers, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
- Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of corruption affecting the integrity of events offered on the Platform
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or money laundering

- Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials
- Losses incurred as a result of a Player's own decision to wager, irrespective of the outcome
Nothing in these Terms shall limit banbet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence.
11 Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 Termination by the Player
A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting banbet support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, banbet will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining Account balance to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being satisfied.
11.2 Termination by banbet
banbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where:

11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon Account closure for cause, banbet may withhold the remaining Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no material breach occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
12 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
